More Remote Classes
PROJECT STRONG ( Mon & Wed )
This will be our main focus at the beginning of each and every week. We will have a project strong workout on Mondays and Wednesdays. On these two days, we will be working on our main lift for a 5-6 week cycle. Monday will be a lighter load with higher reps and Wednesday will be heavier loads with shorter reps. Both days will be the same lift ( Eg Back Squat Mon & Wed).
We all then will have a singular focus for a 5-6 week period to show up to improve this element of strength. After this cycle finishes will then move onto a new lift and a new focus for the next 5-6 week period.
On project strong days we will of course still have a conditioning-based workout in a class with Monday having a longer cardio-based block as we will have lighter loads in strength work and Wednesdays having a less intense workout because of the heavy loads and tax on your system.
The absolute main goal here is to create consistency in your training as we feel that this is the main thing we have all been missing across the last few years.
