WHAT IS IT?

Personal Coaching can be of huge benefit in all different ways. If you are a beginner and you feel like you would like a little bit of time just to yourself so that you can build your confidence before entering into our group classes, its the perfect start. Also maybe your time is precious and limited and it’s the only way you can hold yourself accountable in your busy schedule. We will work within your time constraints and make sure you are still taking care of your body and mind so that you can be at your best at work and at home. More & Co. also has massive experience in elite level sports with sports scientists as part of our team and also work that has been done with teams and athletes at the highest level.
Whatever your goal and event we have a schedule and a package to suit you with our 30 minute or 1-hour sessions.
