PROJECT MOVE ( Tues & Thurs)

Project move Tuesday & Thursdays have to fit in well with project strong and not adversely affect your progress while still focusing in on specific elements that we no will provide the perfect program that you can attend every day.

On these two days, we will have workouts that are going to keep you moving throughout the hour and complement the work you are doing on Mon & Wed each week. We will have longer workouts where weekly we hone in on different exercises and accessory movements and coach you in different positions and find any weakness you may have to focus on.

You will see a major focus on movement, core foundations, mobility, skills, and a great sweat on these two days each week.
