PROJECT MORE ( Fridays & Saturdays)

At the end of the week, we want to look at a different element of strength than our main focus at the beginning of the week Eg ( deadlift, bench, press, pull up, clean, etc).

This class will be a 50/50 split of weighted work followed by a shorter more intense HITT style workout where you challenge yourself and your top-end heart rate.
